Outfit//A splash of hot pink

Ever since I bought this Topshop Boutique top with low arm-holes I've been looking
for a nice bandeau to wear underneath it.
This hot pink one adds just the right amount of color into my outfit and I really like
it! The boots are a little DIY project. I bought them in a cream color, but I since I was
desperately on the hunt for some camel boots I decided to paint them. They turned out
pretty cool and I can't wait to wear them with a cute summer dress.

ps; I know quality of the pictures is bad, but I wanted to show this outfit anyway.

Summer dress

This dress is definitly one of my favorite summer dresses. It has everything I like; one-shoulder, ruffles, unusual color and since I bought it in Spain it always gets me in a summer mood whenever I put it on.
I'm still way too pale to pull this dress off, but I have to have bare legs to give them an opporunity to tan. Having that said, I'm craving back to my magazine and strawberry-lemonade that's waiting for me in the garden!
Have a nice weekend.

Quite a simple outfit today, but sometimes all I need are some great basics and I'm good to go. Today was of course all about the Royal Wedding, and oh my.. Kate (or should I say Duchess Catherine?) looked absolutely breathtaking.
There's always something magical about a royal wedding; the dress, the commotion and of course the kiss. It takes me back in time, to where I was a little girl dreaming about becoming a princess when I grew up. Do you think Kate had the same dream when she was just a little girl?

We have that chemistry

Finally I had some time to shoot some outfit pictures, the sun was out but it was still incredibly cold! Yesterday I received my Forever21 package, which had this gorgeous turquoise necklace in it. I love the combination of the white and the turquoise, I can see myself wearing the necklace with a white dress and   some cute sandals.

ps; I hope to make some more outfit pictures in the coming weeks, but I'm at work all day and it still gets dark pretty early but I'll try to make it work!

ps2; Do you already follow me on Twitter?

The world in white

I can't really explain what went down here in Amsterdam yesterday. When I woke up everything was normal, I started my day as usual but then it started snowing. And it didn't stop.
I never saw so much snow coming out of the air in Holland, as you can see in the last picture my 10 cm wedges are completely eaten up by the snow!
Because of all this I thought I would stay on the couch today, with hot coco and tons of movies but instead of that the sun decided to come out. I absolutely love it when everything's covered in snow ánd the sun is shining, so I had to go out and explore everything all over again since everything's unrecognizable!

One holiday outfit

This is not what I'm wearing today, but what I was wearing a day on my vacation. I liked it so much, simple but sophisticated and perfect for a sunny day, that I didn't want to add it to the recap of my vacation. These pictures are taken in Figueras, one of my favorite villages in the area of our holiday house. There's a big square surrounded by trees where everybody can sit and observe all the people who pass by and sit there.
